Referral Rewards Program

 

Overview:

 

The Referral Rewards Program is designed to Reward our students to bring new members into our community. The program operates on a three-tier system, with escalating rewards as students refer more friends and family members.

 

Rewards are cumulative; students will receive rewards for each Level they reach in all of our programs from Hatchlings to Adults.

 

Only One Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of the month for the Most New Member Sign Ups.

 

We have partnered with local businesses in an effort to "Shop Local" and support our neighbors. Many of our prizes will be Gift Cards for Berryville Frozen Yogurt, Whit's Frozen Custard, Pat & Toni's Sweet Things, Buttercup Bakery and more.

Tier 1: Bronze Level Criteria:

Refer (3) friends who complete a one week Free Trial

PRIZE: Choice of $10. Gift Card

 

Tier 2: Silver Level Criteria:

Refer (6) friends who complete a one week Free Trial

PRIZE: Choice of $20. Gift Card

 

Tier 3: Gold Level Criteria:

Refer (9) or more friends who complete a one week Free Trial

PRIZE: Choice of $30. Gift Card

 

Grand Prize:

Most Member Sign-Ups: ( Only One Prize Awarded )

Grand Prize: $100. Gift Card Place of Your Choice or Pizza Party or Uniform/Team Apparel or Private Lesson

 

 

Program Rules and Conditions:

 

Referrals must be new members who have not previously been part of the academy.

 

Prizes for Bronze, Silver and Gold Levels will be awarded throughout the month.

 

Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of the month.

 

All rewards and prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. The academy reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time with notice to participating members. By implementing this referral rewards program, we aim to grow our BJJ community, foster camaraderie among students, and reward our loyal members for their support.
